What Causes Oral Yeast Infections?

The condition can be very painful if the white patches are rubbed as it causes inflammation of the tissues. It can also make eating uncomfortable especially while taking salty and spicy food. In some cases, the patients are not even able to eat anything because the condition becomes so severe.

Oral yeast infections can be treated with anti fungal agents, but it is highly recommended that you take the necessary precautions to avoid such infections happening in the first place. It is important to eat a healthy diet rich in vitamins, minerals and proteins.
